Mini ab workout

This workout consists of 4 exercises 1 minute each…It burned like hell….Hope you enjoy.  I also ran 3 miles, its just what I needed after yesterdays workout.

1. Mountain Climbers

2. Stability Ball Pass

3. Med ball sit up & russian twist

Full Body Sweat

This workout is a full body workout, and that is exactly what it did. Not only did I sweat I also felt every muscle working.  I ran 5 minutes before each set, I did 4 sets. www.fitnessrag.com
