Cardio & Strength Leg workout

This workout is a leg and glutes workout, it will make you sweat.  I did 3 sets with 5 min cardio before each set… Give it  a try..

1. Jump Squats – 10

2. Pendulum Lunges – 10 each

3. Jump Squats – 10

4. Step Ups – 10 each

5. Jump Squats – 10

6. Side Lunges – 20

7. Jump Squats – 10

8. Romanian Deadlifts – 20

Upper Body Blast

This workout was intense, i did it 3 times through.  Seeing as i have not done upper body in awhile due to a shoulder injury it kicked my butt.  Hope you enjoy it too.

50’s work / 10’s rest

1.Burpee pushup alt kick thru

2.Ab tuck and pike jump

3. Alt jump lunge and jump squat

4. Dive omber burpee with opp knee to elbow

5. Charlies angels knees in

6. 2 spider pushups, 10 alt froggers

7. Burpee with alt leg lift and kick under

8. Jump squat with side and back kick

9. Sumo plank

10. Heel tap leg raises

Eggplant Lasagna

Recipe

2 large eggplant

1 bag of spinach

3 cups of mushrooms(or as much as you like, i like alot)

homemade pasta sauce

1 onion

1 whole roasted garlic

vegetarian cheddar cheese( as much as you like and any cheese that u want to use)

as much as you like bag mozzarella cheese( as much as you like and any cheese that u want to use)

Steps

Cut the eggplant lengthwise and salt, leave for 2 hours

Saute the onion and spinach

Saute the mushroomssauted spinach and mushroomsmozzarella and vegetarian cheddar cheeseeggplantpasta saucelayer sauce and eggplantlayer sauce, eggplant, mushroom and spinachlayer sauce, eggplant, mushroom, spinach and cheeseeggplant lasagna

layer sauce, eggplant, spinach, mushroom, cheese & repeat

Remember to season every layer.

Moroccan Lentils


Ingredients

1 Cup Lentils

1 Medium Onion

3 Cloves Garlic1/2 Cup Diced Tomatoes

6 Sprigs Fresh Chopped Celery

1.5 tsp Ground Paprika

1 tsp Ground Cumin

1 tsp salt (or to taste)

Ground Pepper

3 Cups Water

Directions

Place all ingredients except salt into medium pot and cook, partially covered, over medium-low heat until lentils are slightly soft (20-30 mins). Add salt, stir, and continue to cook until lentils are  completely tender.

Serves 4-6
